Lngredients dough

2                    cup white flour

1/2     teaspoon salt

1/2     teaspoon sugar

1                    teaspoon yeast

3/4     cup water

Lngredints filling

1/4     cup chopped onion

1                    teaspoon garlic . crushed

1                    cup tomato juice

 3    tablespoon tomato pasta

2                    tablespoon ketchup

2                      tablespoon olive oil

1/2     cup mushroom . slice

1/2     cup green pepper .slice

1/2     cup olive . slice

1                    cup mozzarella cheese . grated

2                    tablespoon oregano

       salt . black pepper 

preparation

sift dry ingredients into bowl

add water and mix to asoft dough

knead dough on lightly floured surface

about 5 minutes or until smooth and

elasticplace  dough in oild . bowl .

cover stand in warm place unitl doubled in

size .

fry onin garlic in oil . seasoning with

salt black pepper . and oregano .

add to mato juice and paste .

ketchup cook on low heat for 7  minutes

grease 2 pizza pan 30 cm divide

dough into 2 portions . spread each one

in pan . pour tomato sauce olive

mushroom . green pepper and cheese

bake in moderate oven until crisp .
